Saturday 7:30am Intermediate/Advanced

11494 Sorrento Valley Road, Studio 3, San Diego, CA 92121 (at the Royal Academy of Performing Arts)

Directions:

Hwy 5 or 805, take Local/56 Bypass Exit, Carmel Mountain Road Exit, head West to Sorrento Valley Road, turn left and follow Sorrento Valley Road to 11494 (RAPA) on the right.

Description:

The class includes 45-60 minutes of vigorous and thoughtfully designed sequences of floor exercises that help to balance strength and flexibility of all joints. The second and optional part of the workout takes advantage of all the beautiful places our area has to offer. Join us for an endurance run at Torrey Pines State Park, cardio training at Beach Stairs, strength and cardio training at Del Mar Beach or the Torrey Pines High School Obstacle Course.
